Akarwa Returns Policy

Akarwa allows returns of most new, unopened items within 3 days of purchase. Refunds are issued minus an 5,000 RWF processing fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge in Kigali. Outside Kigali, the customer will bear the cost of delivery.

We usually delivery within 1 hour. All products on the website are available in our stock here in Rwanda, unless mentioned otherwise.

Warranty

We shall provide warranty for the quality of the product for a period of 3 months. The warranty term shall commence on the day following the date of receiving of purchase confirmation email.
